The firm Isgitt, Dees & Turcotte was established in December, 2006 and is an
association of Isgitt & Associates, P. C. and J. Gordon Dees, Attorney at
Law, P. C.
Isgitt & Associates, P. C. was originally established in 1968. Isgitt,
Dees & Turcotte, a general practice firm, represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation,
probate, bankruptcy, other aspects of business as well as criminal matters.
Percy L. "Wayne" Isgitt, an original founding member, has
worked in private practice since 1968. Mr. Isgitt obtained his law degree from the University of
Houston in 1968. He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas; United States Supreme Court;
United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits; United
States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; United
States
District Court for the District of Colorado; and the United States Tax
Court. Mr. Isgitt has tried lawsuits for over 38 years and has provided legal representation to
businesses, estates and individuals throughout his career.

J. Gordon Dees, a founding member, worked with the office of the Harris
County District Attorney beginning in 1977 until his departure as Chief Felony
Prosecutor in 1983. During his tenure with Harris County, Mr. Dees tried over 100
criminal cases. From 1983 to 1987, Mr. Dees expanded his trial experience to civil matters with
the firm of Dickerson, Hamel, Early & Pennock. Since 1987, Mr. Dees has focused
his practice on criminal law and has maintained a private practice in both State and Federal
Courts. Mr. Dees obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 1973
and his law degree in 1976 from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Dees devotes
his practice to criminal defense, including white-collar crimes, felonies and theft of trade
secrets. Mr. Dees is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

C. Zan Turcotte, a founding member, has worked in private practice with
Isgitt & Associates, P. C. since 2000. Ms. Turcotte worked with Isgitt &
Associates, P. C. as a paralegal from 1989 to 2000. Ms. Turcotte obtained her undergraduate
degree in accounting from the University of Houston in 1991 and her law degree in 2000
from the South Texas College of Law. Ms. Turcotte is a Certified Public Accountant.
She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas; United States Court of Appeals for
the 5th Circuit; United States District Courts for the Southern, Western and Eastern
Districts of Texas and the District of Colorado. Ms. Turcotte provides legal
representation to businesses and individuals in areas of commercial litigation, wills and probate,
guardianship, estate litigation and bankruptcy.

Lisa Isgitt, has been with Isgitt & Associates, P. C. since
2005. Ms. Isgitt obtained her undergraduate degree from Trinity University in 1988 and her law degree from the
William Mitchell College of Law in 2005. Ms. Isgitt is admitted to
practice in the State of Minnesota and United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern
Districts of Texas.
